How to play
A letter and five headings. Everybody thinks of one answer for each starting with that letter, then you go round out loud heading by heading. Two points if nobody else said it, one if they did, so being obvious is worth less, which is the opposite of Same Page. Every letter is checked against every heading, so you will never be asked for an animal beginning with X. Works in the dark.
Like every game in KindleHub, Categories is drawn once and only the parts that change are redrawn, so the e-ink screen does not flash between moves. It runs in the Kindle's built-in browser and in any phone, tablet or desktop browser.
How to open it on your Kindle
- On the Kindle, open the menu and choose Web Browser (on some models it is under Experimental or the … menu).
- Type kindlehub.pro into the address bar.
- Bookmark it. That is the whole setup: nothing to install, no jailbreak, and a firmware update cannot break it.
