How to play

A co-operative fire-fighting game for one to four people on one device. A fire is spreading across a 7x7 yard and there is one well, marked W. On your go you may do one thing: step onto a square next to you, fill up if you are standing on the well, throw your water onto a fire (X) beside you, or hand your water to somebody standing next to you. A * beside your number means you are carrying a load. When everyone has had a go the fire spreads. Put every fire out to beat the level; if fourteen squares are alight at once the fire wins and everybody loses together. The fast way with three or four people is to stand in a line from the well and pass buckets along, which is where the name comes from. One player can win, but has to walk every load. Turn-based, so you can put it down mid-fire.

Like every game in KindleHub, Bucket Line is drawn once and only the parts that change are redrawn, so the e-ink screen does not flash between moves. It runs in the Kindle's built-in browser and in any phone, tablet or desktop browser.

How to open it on your Kindle
