How to play
Set a lander down without breaking it. Nothing moves until you press something: each press burns once and drops you one step, so the screen only changes when you act. The picture shows where you will touch down if you change nothing, and whether that is too hard or off the pad. That is the whole game, not a hint. Fuel is the only thing you can run out of, and burning hard every step cannot reach the ground. Eight sites, each with its own gravity, wind and pad width; you start upwind so the wind carries you in. Score is fuel left, how gently you land and how near the middle.
Like every game in KindleHub, Touchdown is drawn once and only the parts that change are redrawn, so the e-ink screen does not flash between moves. It runs in the Kindle's built-in browser and in any phone, tablet or desktop browser.
How to open it on your Kindle
